At a glance
Your RFQ information is used to evaluate and respond to your aircraft parts request.
The website sends an RFQ to MATS only after you submit the form. HubSpot supports RFQ intake and Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse. The current website source does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the MATS Corp. website, including the guided parts-search experience, the request-for-quote form, and communications initiated through contact links on the website.
This policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of websites or services that MATS links to but does not control.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an RFQ, the website may collect your name, work email address, company, phone number, part number, component description, quantity, requested condition, urgency, required date, aircraft family and model or series, engine family, requested documentation, transaction type, delivery location, notes, attachment note, and any Other details you provide for these request categories.
If you contact MATS by email, telephone, WhatsApp, social media, or another external channel, MATS may receive the information you choose to provide through that channel.
Parts-search draft
The guided parts-search feature can place your requirement and recognized sourcing context in your browser's same-tab session storage. The draft is removed after it is read by the RFQ page and is discarded if it is more than 30 minutes old. It is not placed in the page URL.
Technical and anti-abuse information
When the RFQ form is available, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. The website also sends the Turnstile verification token and available network address information to Cloudflare for server-side validation.
How we use information
MATS may use information collected through the website to:
- Review, clarify, and respond to aircraft parts inquiries and RFQs.
- Communicate about the requested part, documentation, timing, and commercial next steps.
- Maintain a business record of the inquiry and related communications.
- Protect the website and RFQ form from fraud, spam, abuse, and security threats.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its request workflow.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect legal rights.
Cookies and browser storage
The current MATS website source does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The guided parts-search draft uses browser session storage for the limited purpose described above. Session storage is separate from a persistent advertising cookie.
Cloudflare Turnstile loads on the RFQ form when production anti-abuse keys are configured. Turnstile may access technical information needed to provide its security function. If MATS later adds analytics, advertising technology, or other tracking tools, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are activated.
Retention
MATS intends to retain RFQ and related business information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention may vary based on the status and nature of the request.
The temporary parts-search draft is governed by the shorter browser-storage period described in this policy.
Security
The website uses technical safeguards intended to protect information handled through the RFQ workflow. It validates submissions on the server, limits request size, uses anti-abuse verification, and keeps service credentials out of browser code. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights relating to your personal information. These may include asking whether MATS processes your information, requesting access, correction, or deletion, obtaining a portable copy, or objecting to certain uses.
You may submit a request using the contact information below. MATS may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before responding. If applicable law provides an appeal process, you may ask MATS to review a decision concerning your request.
MATS will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request where applicable law prohibits that treatment.
International processing
MATS serves business contacts across the Americas. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where MATS or its service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Children's privacy
The website is designed for aviation and procurement professionals and is not directed to children under 13. MATS does not knowingly request personal information from children through the RFQ workflow. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact MATS so the matter can be reviewed.
Third-party links
The website may link to WhatsApp, social networks, business listings, industry associations, marketplaces, and other third-party services. Those services control their own information practices. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
Changes to this policy
MATS may update this policy when the website, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will identify its updated date. Material changes may require an additional notice where applicable.
